The Apple Shed opens for the season on Wednesday, July 15th. Please have your application turned in by Sunday, July 19th. If you cannot download an application, we can give you one at our store. Store hours are 10am-5pm, Wednesday-Sunday starting July 15th.
We will start calling to set-up interviews the weeks of July 20th and July 27th. If you have vacation plans, let us know and we can work around your schedule.
We are currently hiring for weekend positions during September and October, including cashiers and a short-order cook (2+ years of experience required).
We’re looking for mature individuals who can handle a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
The Apple Shed hires individuals ages 14 & up. We are looking for employees who demonstrate maturity and strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to take initiative without constant direction, and have a friendly attitude. Strong math skills and a solid work ethic are important.
Note to parents: If your child isn’t quite ready for a job at 14, that’s completely okay. Everyone develops at their own pace, and one year can make a big difference. We encourage them to consider applying when they feel confident in their skills.
The Apple Shed is a seasonal business, with most hours offered in September and October. We offer limited training hours in August, as summer is our slower season.
